This policy describes how presetto (the website presetto.ai) and the Presetto app, a private tool operated by the owner of presetto, handle information.

Presetto and YouTube API Services

Presetto is a private command-line tool that runs on the owner's own computer. It uses YouTube API Services only to upload the owner's own videos to the owner's own YouTube channel. It has no public interface and no other users.

What is accessed. With the owner's consent given through Google sign-in (OAuth 2.0), Presetto requests only the youtube.upload permission and calls only the videos.insert method.
What is stored. The OAuth access/refresh token is stored locally on the owner's computer, with access restricted to the owner. A local log keeps the IDs and links of uploaded videos. No YouTube data is stored on any server, sold, or shared with third parties.
No other users' data. Presetto does not collect, read or process data of any YouTube user other than the channel owner.
Revoking access. Access can be revoked at any time on the Google security settings page; after that the local token stops working and is deleted.

By using Presetto you are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

The presetto.ai website

presetto.ai does not require registration and does not ask for personal data. The site uses Yandex.Metrica to collect anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) using cookies; see the Yandex Privacy Policy. Standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request) are kept for security and are not shared.

Сайт presetto.ai не требует регистрации и собирает только обезличенную статистику посещений через Яндекс.Метрику.
